The travel world — actually, the entire world — has been turned upside down due to the ongoing impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19). We understand this has greatly impacted you, as it has greatly impacted us and our ability to run tours.

As a result, we’ve made a number of updates to our safety guidelines and booking conditions. The safety and well-being of our travelers, trip leaders, and suppliers remain our priority and as the world begins to open up again, we look forward to having you travel with us soon.

Flexible Bookings

We understand that sometimes plans change and we have modified our booking policy to give customers the flexibility to change your travel plans — with the assurance that you’ll have the option to re-book when you’re able to travel.

If your plans Just notify us within at least 30 days before your scheduled departure and you can pick new travel dates or an entirely different trip with no change fee.

The safety and well-being of our travelers, trip leaders, and suppliers remain our top priority and as the world begins to open up again, we look forward to having you travel with us soon.

COVID Trip Protection

Due to the ongoing global impact of COVID-19 and with many international borders remaining closed for an extended period, we have canceled the majority of our tours until December 31, 2020. The global health crisis has impacted everyone enormously, so we want to make sure your future travel plans are safe and reassure you that we are committed to supporting our travelers the best way we can.

Canceled/Postponed Trips

If you book a trip that we have to cancel due to the pandemic, you have the following options:

  1. Cancel for a travel voucher credit (of your deposit or full payment). This excludes flights or insurance as they will have their own booking conditions.  
  2. Rebook to a future date.

2021 Scheduled Trips

Our 2021 trips are all currently scheduled to depart as planned. We are monitoring the situation closely and will notify you directly if your trip is canceled or changed.

If you want to cancel your booking, you can receive a full credit voucher for monies paid (excluding flights or insurance as they will have their own booking conditions) to use on a new trip.
