Our trips fill on a first-come, first-served basis. By completing this online booking form and submitting a deposit, you are requesting a place to be held on this trip. You can rest assured that any personal information submitted is encrypted for your protection and shall remain confidential. Please review our terms and conditions before booking. Your deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled within 72 hours of payment, unless the trip is cancelled in which case you will then have the option of receiving a full refund or transferring to another trip or departure.
We require a form to be submitted for each traveler. You will receive a confirmation email after we receive your booking, as well as a pre-departure packet once we have met the minimum number of travelers (8) for this adventure. The pre-departure packet will include a detailed printer-friendly trip dossier, pre/post trip options, information about optional activities, liability waiver, medical form (if required), and a quote for travel insurance. We will also send an invoice for the balance due, which can be paid online.
