What happens next

• Check your inbox: You’ll get a confirmation email, a separate message with payment details, and an email to set your password on your account.

• View your trip: Click My Account to see your booked trips and make payments.

• Login to our client portal: Check your email for a link to your client portal, which contains information and links for flights, trip documents needed, travel insurance, essential trip information, and more.

• Complete any forms: If we need passport info, emergency contact, or pre-trip forms, we’ll prompt you — please provide them as soon as you can.

• Prepare to go: Look out for our packing checklist and pre-trip guide (we’ll email these or you can download them from your client portal).
